Due to dye lot issues with threads and the extraordinary nature of the canvases, currently we do not accept returns. View our full refund policy

We are happy to help you choose threads in the shop! If you have an online purchase, find the canvas(es) you want to  purchase and put in the “Cart”. You will see an “Add to Cart” button  to request your favorite thread types. We will call you to discuss and answer any questions before we invoice separately.

Once your needlepoint canvas has been completely stitched, send it to us to finish into stock, pillow, ornament, standup, purse or whatever you need.  This service is an additional cost.

We have our finishing form on our website for you to print off and use. Please provide a note with your finishing that includes your personal information and description of your piece to be finished. We will call you to get specific information about your piece. Finishing turnaround time depends on the needlepoint project.

Ornaments: 4-6 months

Stockings: 3-4 months

Pillows: 4-6 months

Leathering (belts and key fobs): 2-3 weeks
